For this job we installed a 6” prs head on zone 3. There are some heads that are sticking up and could get run over. He had sent a estimate for those heads.
Replaced zone valve 4 that had broken and started leaking from root growth, in addition we redid all the connections watering proofing them in the junction box from the controller to the wiring for the yard. The water meter on the property isn’t working well, with the dial on the meter jumping (while we had a good amount of water running) while it’s supposed to smoothly move. This defect in the meter might be why the leak did not show up on the meter.
Replaced broken pipe replaced a broken head with a riser and replaced an additional head for a riser dude to us not coming back out back in April.
For the job we replaced controller and checked sprinkler system. Replaced nozzle on zone 10&11.
Today’s visit we checked the irrigation system and worked on the following zones. Zone 3 replaced 6 way imitter, zone 7 fixed drip and zone 9 replaced nozzle.
Customer had us over due to controller issues. Program A is supposed to water in the mornings then B during the evening. A was coming on during evening time which was because it also had a 9pm start time. I removed the evening time for A A zone was seemingly dry. Only had 1 MP head so we added 2 heads. While we were excavating, we noticed a kinked pipe which could have been why other techs believed the zone to have too low of pressure to add heads.

Zone 3(S) Replace valve The valve on zone three is starting to breakdown and go out. It is passing water continuously while the system is shut off. Valve needs to be replaced.
Today’s visit we checked irrigation system and replaced an old Hunter valve with a rainbird valve on zone 4 and we also installed a 6” sam prs head on that zone.
We will install three up lights in the Oak tree about 10 feet high, to highlight into the canopy. We will connect to the existing lighting wire that has recently been installed. 5-watt bulbs will be used to match the other existing lights. The Magnolia tree, we will replace the old existing downlight with 4 watt bulb and install one new up light to highlight the tree with 4 watt bulb.
Work includes Replacing three two high voltage and one low voltage transformer with new low voltage transformers. We will install a new transformer at the SW corner of the house where the lights are working currently. We will use that power to supply the low voltage. Wires will be run to the South Tree that does not work. We will install two new downlights in that area to highlight the flag stone pathway. Additional wire will be run to the big oak tree right off the deck that currently has no lights. We will install three up lights about 15 feet into the tree to highlight the canape. In the middle of the patio, we will install two new down lights to the tree since there is also no power to the transformer. Power will be run from the Magnolia tree where we will install a new low voltage transformer as well. A new photocell will be installed to power up the existing transformer to determine if the lights in the magnolia tree are functioning or not. Lastly, we will replace the low vol
